SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Kitman Co.. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
All of our products are custom-printed and made to order. This means that when you place an order, the item does not exist yet; it is sent to our production queue to be printed, cut, or sewn just for you.
- Standard Production Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
- Production times may increase during high-volume holiday seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas).
- Orders are not processed, produced, or shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. SHIPPING RATES & TRANSIT TIMES
We ship to customers worldwide. Shipping charges and estimated transit times for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Because our print-on-demand partners fulfill orders from multiple regional centers across the globe, your order will automatically route to the closest facility to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

Please Note: Total delivery time = Production Time (2–5 business days) + Transit Time. These timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary due to local postal delays, weather, or customs processing
3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been handed off to the mail carrier. The tracking number will typically become active and show updates within 24 hours of generation.
If your order contains multiple different items (for example, a mug and a t-shirt), they may be produced at different fulfillment facilities. If this happens, your items may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (International Orders)
The Kitman Co. is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied to your order by your local government. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Because our print-on-demand fulfillment network processes orders rapidly, we usually cannot change the shipping address once an order enters production.
If a package is returned to us or deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
The Kitman Co. is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit if the carrier marks the item as successfully delivered. If you received your order and the items themselves are physically damaged or defective from production, please take photos immediately and reach out to our customer support team
If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:
• Check around your property, with neighbours, or your local building manager.
• Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely.
• Contact the shipping carrier directly to open a missing package investigation.
