RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at The Kitman Co. Because our products are custom-printed and made to order specifically for you, we handle returns and refunds differently than traditional retail stores. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISPRINTED ITEMS

We want you to love your purchase! If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear printing error, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Reporting Window: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received.
  • How to File a Claim: Please contact us at support@thekitmanco.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the damage or print error.
  • Do not mail the item back to us or the fulfillment address until you have contacted our customer support team.

2. LOST IN TRANSIT / PACKAGES THAT NEVER ARRIVED

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

Before filing a claim, please double-check your tracking link and confirm with your local post office or neighbours. If the carrier marks the package as “Delivered,” we unfortunately cannot offer a free replacement or refund, as we cannot verify delivery discrepancies after the carrier completes the drop-off.

3. BUYER’S REMORSE AND SIZE EXCHANGES

Because each product is freshly printed upon ordering, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. * We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the measurements before placing an order.

  • If you absolutely require a different size or change your mind, you will need to place a new order for the corrected item.

4. WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print-on-demand fulfillment partner’s facility.

  • You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated, valid address with you.
  • Unclaimed or undeliverable shipments that are returned to the facility and not claimed within 30 days may be donated to charity, and no refund will be issued.

5. REFUND PROCESS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your claim for a damaged or defective item is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund or initiate a replacement shipment.

If a refund is approved, it will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s or bank’s processing policies.
